We would like to celebrate the life of Dr. Robert Scott Smith, who passed on November 4th 2008 in Bogart, Georgia after an extended battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Dr. Smith, also known as “Dr. Bob”, was born January 9, 1940 in Danville, Illinois to Clarence Vern Smith and Frances Scott Smith of Buffalo, and grew up in North Buffalo.
